When you need someone who's been in the room before, knows how to read a mess, and can help you build something that lasts, that's what Kinetiq Edge is for.
You don't need someone to tell you what to build. You need someone who can look at where things are tangled, work out what matters, and help your team move with confidence. That's the work I do.
why choose us
I don't consult from the outside. I get into the work. I've been the first product hire, the person who inherited a broken backlog, and the one who built the team when there wasn't one. If you need someone who's navigated that before and knows how to move fast without breaking things, that's what I bring

Why choose us
By the time most teams call for help, the real problem has been misdiagnosed three times. It looks like a roadmap problem. It's actually a prioritisation problem. Or a team problem. Or a strategy that never got finished. I help you work out what you're actually solving for, then build the plan to solve it.
why choose us
The goal isn't a better process. It's a team that can make good decisions without needing sign-off on everything, ship with confidence, and adapt when things change. I've built that from scratch and helped teams that were stuck find their footing again. Design sits inside this too, when product and design work well together, everything else gets easier.

We work across a mix of industries, but the common thread is not the sector. It's the challenge. Complexity, ambiguity, and the need to build something that genuinely matters to the people it serves.
industries
I've been a first product hire, a fractional head, and everything in between. I know what it takes to go from scrappy beta to something scalable, and how to build the team and the culture to sustain it. If you're building something ambitious and need someone to help you do it properly, that's the conversation I want.
industries
Mission matters more when you're under-resourced and under scrutiny. I've run global fundraising product for Movember, building systems that handled over AUD 100 million and communities that actually moved people to act. I know how to balance impact with delivery, and how to make the case internally for the product investment that changes outcomes.
industries
Some of the most important products being built right now serve communities that have been ignored, misrepresented, or actively harmed by mainstream tech. That work requires someone who understands complexity, takes the mission seriously, and knows how to build with the people you're serving, not just for them. It's the kind of work I find genuinely meaningful.
industries
From local clubs to international events, I create community strategies that drive participation and loyalty. Combining data insights with human‑centred design, I’ve grown memberships, increased event engagement and elevated brand value for sports and community organisations.
about us
I started Kinetiq Edge because I kept seeing the same gap. Organisations with real users, real complexity, and something genuinely worth building, but no one in the room who could connect the strategy to the product to the team.My career has never followed a straight line. I've walked into industries I didn't know, taken on problems that weren't fully defined, and built product functions that didn't exist before I arrived. First product hire at GapMaps. Scaled product and design at Movember from one person to ten. Led community product at Culture Amp. Thirteen years of figuring it out in the room, not from the sidelines.Kinetiq Edge is how I do that work on my own terms. For organisations that are building something that matters and need someone who gets both the complexity and the craft.

Founder & Principal Consultant
I've spent 13 years walking into organisations that needed someone to figure it out from scratch. Not because it was handed to me, but because I kept finding myself in rooms where no one else was doing it, and it turned out I was good at it.At GapMaps, I was the first product hire, and we rebuilt the platform from monolithic to scalable. At Movember, I grew the product and design team from one person to ten. Then at Culture Amp, I led the community team at one of Australia's most values-driven tech companies. I'm also completing a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, which turns out to be pretty useful when your job is working out what people actually need.I care about the work and I care about who I work with. If that sounds like you, let's talk
The people I've worked with say it better than I can.
